Coaching Services
Prakash Rao offers coaching services through packages, which is devised & notified from time to time. The specifics of the coaching services, including the scope, duration, and fees, will be detailed in a coaching agreement between Prakash Rao and the client.
Payment and Cancellation Policy
Payment
Clients are required to make full payment for the coaching package in advance. Payment details and methods will be communicated during the sign-up process.
Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel a coaching session within 48 hours of the scheduled session time without incurring any additional charges. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in the forfeiture of that session, and the client will not be entitled to a refund for the cancelled session.
Refund Policy
Refunds for the entire coaching package will be considered on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to administrative fees. The decision to issue a refund will be at the discretion of Prakash Rao, taking into account the specific circumstances leading to the refund request.
User Conduct
You agree to use the Website and coaching services for lawful purposes only and in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and regulations.
Intellectual Property
